well the studio open day went very well...many thanks to everyone who came...these pictures were taken at the end of the day...i wish i had some of the lovely lovely food, cider and perry

yes... i am wearing an amazing, much admired India Flint dress...this has been making me so happy...and the post about it (well them) is long over due...but will arrive next week, promise

now i have to get back to a soon to be very untidy studio...

i often feel like i am dancing during the process of painting
but i've never seen myself paint before
now i have a video and can see that is exactly what is happening

video is 14 minutes long and shows me painting an orchard....i had a dream about floating above an orchard in the moonlight...that started a whole series of paintings last spring.

this year i have re visited the theme...but this time the recent snow has crept in
